Looksmaxxing influencer Clavicular arrived at a Cape Cod court Thursday with a dog on a leash as he faced a rape charge in Massachusetts.
The 20-year-old internet personality, whose real name is Braden Peters, appeared at Orleans District Court for his arraignment in a case involving an alleged 2025 rape in Chatham, Massachusetts. He wore an ill-fitting black suit and glasses.
A white dog accompanied Peters into the courthouse area and barked at reporters as he entered.
Peters, a controversial influencer from Hoboken, New Jersey, did not answer questions about the alleged events in 2025 or say whether he planned to bring the dog inside the courtroom.
Peters pleaded not guilty and was held on $10,000 bail, according to WCVB. He was also ordered to avoid contact with the alleged victim and prohibited from posting about her on social media.
His next court appearance is scheduled for next month.
Court documents obtained by WCVB say Peters is charged with rape, drugging a victim for sexual intercourse and providing liquor to someone under 21.
The accuser went to Chatham Police Department headquarters on June 4 to report the alleged sexual assault.
According to court documents, she told investigators that she met Peters on Instagram and was later paid to create videos for his social media accounts.
The woman alleges that Peters raped her on May 23, 2025, at his family’s home in Chatham, where they had been livestreaming.
