Ahead of the regular season start, Bears fans from near and far filled the stadium for the team’s Family Fest.

“Though they are professional athletes, it’s important to remember that they’re human as well. They need to feel valued and that their efforts are acknowledged,” expressed Bears fan Paul Lichy.

It was a chance for people to get an up-close look at practice.

“I think being under a new coach will help the Bears and get them farther,” said Bears fan Roman Metzger.

Metzger made the trip to Soldier Field all the way from Kenosha.

He says there is nothing quite like seeing that open gridiron filled with Bears pride.

“I believe everyone shares the same goal, which is to support the team in reaching the Super Bowl or at least making it to the playoffs,” stated Metzger.

Through exclusive meetings with Staley, face painting, and family photos filled with blue and orange, Bears fans fully embraced the excitement of this significant day for the team.

“I’m feeling quite confident. We’ve added essential pieces. Now it’s about uniting as a team, performing well, and defeating the Packers,” remarked Bears fan Luke Balek.
