A NURSE allegedly groomed her 15-year-old stepson over the course of a week, using whipped cream and suggestive comments to draw him into a sexual encounter.

Alexis Von Yates, 35, lost her medical license after her unsuspecting husband walked in on her while she was allegedly sexually abusing his son.

The teenage boy was reportedly visiting his dad and Yates in Ocala, Florida, for the summer vacation.

But in the weeks leading up to the alleged sexual assault, Yates would regularly speak to him about being “horny”, according to reports.

Depraved Yates allegedly flirted and appeared to groom her stepson with acts like this for weeks during his stay.

She allegedly said: “I bet everyone thought you were my little boy toy,” as the pair left a gym.

In another predatory act, it is alleged that Yates applied whipped cream to her tongue, provocatively showing it to the teenager and asking, “Oh, you like that?”

The nurse was charged with sexual battery of a teenager in December 2024, which she denies.

Following the discovery by the boy’s father, Yates reportedly contacted her stepson the next day, expressing regret that their encounters had been interrupted and wishing they had continued, according to the affidavit.

The dad did not call the cops, leading to a concerned family member anonymously reporting the allegations instead, and Yates was arrested in November.

The horrific ordeal unfolded on July 26 2024 after Yates reportedly put her own two children to bed.

She then joined her stepson on the living room couch before the pair used a THC vape, played video games and watched movies, according to the arrest document.

Yates’ husband – the boy’s father – is a lineman, so often worked late.

At around 1am, Yates put on a horror movie and tried to seduce her stepson, the teen told cops.

Yates reportedly said “she had not had sex in two weeks and she was on her period”.

The pair then cuddled closer and began making out, with Yates saying: “I wish you were 18, because you’re not old enough,” according to the affidavit.

They then engaged in oral sex and intercourse, according to the arrest document.

The boy’s father unexpectedly arrived home and walked in to find his wife and son naked on the couch, the affidavit says, before the 15-year-old ran from the house.

He reportedly heard Yates explain that the son looked like his father when he was younger.

The dad then drove his son to his grandparents’ house, telling the boy he had “ruined his life” while drinking a beer, according to court documents.

Confirming that Yates had lost her licence, the Florida Department of Health said: “Nurses are placed in a position of trust.

“Therefore, it is imperative that they demonstrate good judgment and good moral character.

“Ms Yates’ decision to engage in sexual activity with a minor child and/or her decision to engage in oral and penetrative sex indicates that she lacks the good judgement and moral character necessary to be a registered nurse.”

Yates is charged with felony lewd or lascivious battery with a victim aged 12 to 16. She has pleaded not guilty and awaits trial.
