Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach and Joseph Quinn get a "Fantastic" welcome at CCXP Mexico 2025.

MEXICO CITY — “Emocionado!”

That’s how Pedro Pascal said he felt about his new movie, “The Fantastic Four: First Steps” being part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The emotional moments were evident when Pascal, along with co-stars Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Joseph Quinn, launched the film’s global promotional tour in Mexico City during the CCXP event.

During a Q&A session, Pascal shared with the audience that collaborating with director Matt Shakman was “Wonderful. I genuinely think he cast the movie perfectly.”

Quinn added to that, saying, “Getting to work with three black belt, wonderful, compassionate, kind artists, there’s worse ways to earn a buck!”

Kirby said the family bond among the four was instant.

Vanessa Kirby expressed, “We were truly fortunate, as chemistry isn’t something you can create artificially. Initially, you might enjoy working together, but we bonded so quickly, it was almost miraculous. It felt like we became a family instantly. Each day, we enjoyed each other’s company from dawn till dusk, remain in constant contact, and are genuinely obsessed with one another,” she said.

Speaking of family, Kirby just may be adding to hers. She seemingly debuted a baby bump as she posed on the carpet in Mexico City.
