According to police speaking with FOX 29, the suspect also allegedly shouted at one woman, asking whether she was “ready to die,” while pursuing others in the area.
Surveillance footage allegedly captured Hughes running toward people in Philadelphia. Police said a city Dunkin’ Donuts also refused to serve him because he was wearing the mask.

After terrorizing several people, police say, he allegedly came face-to-face with a woman who was ready to fight back, News Outlet learned.
A woman trained in combat, Jameka Wilson, was able to fight Hughes when he reportedly threatened her.
“He was not guarding his midsection, so she kicked him hard in the chest. He stumbled and ran,” she said.
