Chicago shootings this weekend: At least 10 shot, 2 fatally, in gun violence across city, police department says

CHICAGO (WLS) — The Chicago Police Department has alerted the public following a recent series of armed robberies that have unfolded this week across downtown and the North Side of the city.

These incidents took place between November 24 and 28, targeting neighborhoods such as Lincoln Park, Lakeview, and the Loop.

According to police reports, in each case, two individuals armed with a handgun confronted victims, demanding that they hand over their cellphones and wallets or purses.

The specific locations and times of these robberies are as follows:

– November 24, 2025, at 8:40 p.m., on the 2600 block of N Clark (Lincoln Park)
– November 25, 2025, at 12:13 a.m., on the 3400 block of N Broadway (Lake View East)
– November 25, 2025, at 12:15 a.m., on the 3200 block of N Broadway (Lake View East)
– November 26, 2025, at 9:00 p.m., on the 4600 block of N Ravenswood (Lincoln Square)
– November 26, 2025, at 10:00 p.m., on the 1300 block of W Eddy (Lake View)
– November 27, 2025, at 1:09 a.m., on the 400 block of W Surf (Lake View East)
– November 27, 2025, at 1:40 a.m., on the 100 block of N Beaubien Ct (Chicago Loop)

At this time, no additional details have been released, and arrests have yet to be made as the investigation by Chicago police remains ongoing.
