Pope Leo Reveals His World Cup Squad: 'I Would Certainly Support the US'

Despite residing in Vatican City after three decades in Peru, Pope Leo still holds his American roots close to heart.

When questioned about his allegiance for the upcoming World Cup, the Pope expressed, “I’d definitely back the U.S. team. Although I’m unsure how many matches I’ll catch, I extend my best wishes to them.”

This decision seems influenced by the available teams for the Pontiff to cheer.
