JFK & RFK 'would be making the same kinds of choices' on Iran, Ukraine as 'empath' Trump: RFK Jr.

WASHINGTON — Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has stirred conversation by suggesting that his father and uncle, both prominent political figures in their own right, would align with President Trump’s strategies concerning the conflicts in Iran and Ukraine. He described Trump as an “empath” with an “encyclopedic” mind, highlighting a surprising kinship in their approach to international affairs.

Speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference held in Texas, the Health and Human Services Secretary expressed his belief that his famous relatives would support Trump’s decisions not only regarding foreign policy but also in efforts to bolster the middle class. “If my father and uncle were alive today, they would likely be making the same decisions as President Trump concerning Iran, Ukraine, and economic policies aimed at uplifting the middle class,” Kennedy stated.

Kennedy reminisced about the Democratic Party of his youth, pointing out a stark shift in wealth distribution. “I grew up during a time when Democrats held 30% of the nation’s wealth, with Republicans holding the remaining 70%. Today, that dynamic has reversed,” he observed, arguing that the party has distanced itself from the middle class. “Democrats no longer champion the middle class; instead, they seem to hold it in contempt,” he added.

His remarks were met with enthusiastic applause from the CPAC audience. Kennedy admitted that he had previously misjudged President Trump, influenced by media portrayals that painted Trump as a “bombastic narcissist.” He confessed, “I initially thought of President Trump as someone who was loud and self-absorbed, largely due to the media’s narrative. However, I’ve come to find that those impressions were misguided.”

Now, with firsthand experience, Kennedy perceives President Trump in a different light, acknowledging that his initial assumptions were incorrect. “President Trump defies the caricature I once believed; he’s quite the opposite of the uninformed figure I was led to expect,” Kennedy concluded, reflecting on his evolving perspective of the current president.

“President Trump is exactly the opposite of everything that I believed him to be,” the HHS chief said of his boss. “I admit I basically drank the Kool-Aid that he was this bombastic narcissist that didn’t read books [and] was ill-informed. And now I know the exact opposite.

“He’s the opposite of a narcissist; he’s an empath,” Kennedy continued.

“He has encyclopedic molecular knowledge [across] a wide range of very eclectic interests — music, Broadway shows, pro-wrestling, football, every sport, golf and business.”

Kennedy recounted how, during one flight with Trump, the president took out a Sharpie and “perfect map of the Middle East.

“Then he marked the troop strength of every country along each border on that map,” Kennedy gushed. “He has this extraordinary depth of knowledge about what’s happening in each of the agencies — my agency and the others — and he has an instinct for making good choices.”

On Ukraine, Kennedy highlighted how Trump frequently bemoans the fatalities from the brutal war and remarked, “You will not hear any Democrat ever talk about that.

“I think my uncle, John Kennedy, understood the use of power better than any president before him,” he said. “And I think Donald Trump understands the use of power better than probably any president we’ve had—at least since Roosevelt, and maybe in American history.”

The HHS boss had taken heat from most of the Kennedys for his decision to back Trump and join his administration. Most of the Democratic dynasty family had also rebuked his own presidential run and skepticism toward vaccines.
