Dakota Harper, 21, and Felicity Eatmon, 22, each face a first-degree arson charge and a conspiracy charge tied to an offense punishable by up to life in prison, according to the Kanawha County Magistrate Court.
The couple, who frequently appear together in social media videos, has built an audience of about 28,000 followers on TikTok.

During the Kanawha County hearing, Harper sat down before an officer moved in behind him and pulled the chair closer to the table. His head was just visible above the courtroom desk.
Eatmon, who has described herself as Harper’s fiancée in their online videos, appeared in court with him. Records list her height as 5 feet, 1 inch.
The fire was reported around 11:15 p.m. Sunday in Charleston’s West Side, WCHS-TV reported.

According to a criminal complaint cited by the station, surveillance video showed Eatmon hand Harper what appeared to be a sheet of paper. The paper was then set alight and placed inside the vacant house, investigators said.
Investigators said the property had been abandoned and was not connected to working utilities. The structure continued smoldering until Monday morning.
The blaze also caused extensive damage to the neighboring Canaan United Methodist Church, the complaint states.
