Trigg was tragically found unresponsive in a backyard pool on May 12 in Chandler, Arizona, a suburb near Phoenix, according to police reports given to the CBS affiliate KPHO-TV.

He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition and spent nearly a week fighting for his life.

At the time, she was pregnant with her second child and shared the newborn’s arrival on March 29.

The photos showed Trigg happily posing with his parents in warm weather.
