In a tragic incident in Queens early Wednesday, a 20-year-old man fatally shot his 18-year-old girlfriend before taking his own life, according to police sources speaking to The Post.

The deadly confrontation reportedly unfolded following an argument between the couple in an apartment on 84th Street in Jackson Heights around 1:50 a.m., sources indicated.

A family member inside the residence allegedly overheard the couple’s heated exchange, followed by the sound of multiple gunshots, according to the sources.

When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered the young woman with gunshot wounds to her head, torso, and abdomen, police reported.

The young man was found with a gunshot wound to the head, authorities confirmed.

Both individuals were declared dead at the scene, marking a somber end to the tragic event.

Police said the investigation was ongoing and that no arrests had been made.

The names of those killed was being withheld pending family notification, cops said.
