Tsunami waves arrived on the eastern coast of Japan following a powerful earthquake off the eastern coast of Russia.
The 8.8 magnitude earthquake has sparked tsunami concerns across the Pacific Ocean basin, impacting regions like Hawaii, southern Alaska, the complete U.S. West Coast, and British Columbia.

Tsunami Warnings have been issued for Hawaii and areas of Alaska, while Tsunami Advisories cover the entire U.S. West Coast and British Columbia following the earthquake occurring just east of Petropavlovsk, Russia, as reported by FOX Weather.
