Recently, there’s been a noticeable shift among some leftists who have developed a newfound admiration for retiring Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene from Georgia’s 14th district. President Trump has labeled her “Marjorie Traitor Green,” while Democratic Senator John Fetterman has nicknamed her “Crazy Pants.” Among those expressing this unexpected respect are the professional protestors from Capitol Hill, known as Cope Pink (CP), an organization led by Medea Benjamin and Jodie Evans.

My history with Medea Benjamin spans many years, and it’s safe to say she isn’t fond of me in the slightest.

Interestingly, Medea Benjamin wasn’t born with that name; her original name is Susan. She adopted the name Medea, a choice that raises eyebrows considering the Greek mythological figure Medea, who was known for her dark deeds. Medea, the infamous wife of Jason from the Argonauts, was notorious for betraying her family and ultimately taking drastic actions against her own children as a form of retribution against Jason.

The mythical Medea isn’t exactly a role model for those seeking virtuous inspiration, is she?

When I started working with the Senate Judiciary Committee (SJC) in 2005, Medea and Cope Pink were already a familiar presence at our hearings. Their protests primarily targeted President George W. Bush and his administration’s War on Terror, decrying it as a campaign against supposed ‘innocent’ individuals. The group was known for their disruptive antics, often accusing Bush of being akin to a dictator and criticizing U.S. military actions overseas.

Regardless of the topic at hand, Cope Pink made their presence felt at nearly every SJC meeting between 2005 and 2009, loudly voicing their dissent. Their protests were indiscriminate, showing up even at hearings unrelated to their cause, such as those on copyright law. They often gathered in the Hill cafeterias, where Medea and her colleagues would strategize and likely find encouragement from sympathetic Democrats.

That was 20 years ago. But CP is still there, in the cafeterias on the Hill, as I just saw when attending a House hearing on Israel. And they are still harassing, although their specific talking points have been tweaked. In this hearing, they focused on Israel’s “demonic behavior.” In most other hearings, however, the CP have updated their “Republican President Bad” talking points to focus on Donald Trump.  

Because, you know, Bush and Trump are totally the same.

If you want to know how to get under their skin – which I do because they just won’t stop bothering me – the best way is to heckle these hecklers. They specifically hate being called out for being the paid foreign-sponsored protesters they are. 

Here are some facts. It is a fact that Jodie Evans, the cofounder of Code Pink, is married to Neville Roy Singham. It is a fact that Singham lives in Shanghai, China, as a foreign “millionaire.” It is a fact that, according to The New York Times, Singham “is a vital node in a Chinese Communist Party (CCP) propaganda apparatus that spans the globe.” And it is a fact that Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) has requested “an investigation into Code Pink for potential violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) and material support to foreign terrorist organizations (FTOs). Code Pink has received funding from groups aligned with the Communist Chinese government and partnered with designated FTOs.”

So, when Medea Benjamin and her CP buddies were harassing me and others at this House hearing, I began to call them out for being paid CCP agents.  

They absolutely hate the CCP angle, btw. Which is interesting – they didn’t get so upset when I called them agents of George Soros and Qatar. Why is that? Racism?

That was actually my second time heckling the heckler known as Medea Benjamin. In 2012 (or so), I attended an AIPAC convention.  

AIPAC, for the non-Jew haters out there, is a group of primarily Jewish American voters – although non-Jewish Americans also donate and belong – who are pro-Israel. For the Jew-haters, AIPAC is an “evil foreign entity” that seeks to corrupt American politics. Despite the facts not backing up that argument. Of course, the Jew-haters have no problem with the CCP or Qatar, two very real, and two very anti-American, foreign entities, and the domestic anti-Israel Soros organs, all of whom swamp the money from Israel, AIPAC and other pro-Israel American groups – including Christians United for Israel, which is bigger than AIPAC – with their donations to government officials, the media, our universities, etc.   

Medea Benjamin and CP were at the AIPAC Convention to heckle the people lined up to go in. 

Since it was early morning, I must confess I was a little tired and ornery. So, when I saw my own nemesis, the woman who had annoyed me constantly when I was at the SJC, irritating me again, I decided to turn the tables on her. I began to follow Medea as she heckled people, and I heckled her. 

Which Medea didn’t like at all. She even got so distracted that she began to stutter. So, I made fun of her for that, too. Eventually, she lost her mojo because of my heckling and wandered off. 

As an aside, my apologies to those people who really do stutter. (Which does not include JOE BIDEN.) I understand that you face a real affliction. But for those people who stutter once while being absolute evil foreign enemy-sponsored jerks, the art of heckling the heckler demands the unrelenting heckling of that heckler.  

Those are the rules, and I must obey them. 

Anyway, it’s a shame that while on the Hill, I didn’t see this cozy meeting with Rep. Greene and CP. “Traitors” honoring the “Traitor.” If I had, I believe I would have been duty-bound to ask Medea the question that I keep forgetting to ask her: Why did you voluntarily name yourself after an evil traitor witch who slaughtered her own children?
