Migrant accused of shoving 83-year-old, another man onto subway tracks calmly walked away after crime: video

A chilling incident captured on cellphone video reveals a migrant calmly walking away after allegedly pushing two strangers onto subway tracks in a shocking act of random violence. The footage, obtained by The Post, shows 34-year-old Honduran national Bairon Hernandez nonchalantly strolling along the platform after the alleged attack.

The unsettling event took place around noon on Sunday at a subway station on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Hernandez is accused of shoving an 83-year-old man and another younger individual onto the tracks at the Lexington Avenue – 63rd Street station. In the video, a bystander confronts Hernandez before rushing to assist the victims stranded on the tracks.

Among the victims, 83-year-old Richard Williams remains in critical condition, battling for his life at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell. When contacted by The Post, one of Williams’ daughters shared a brief update: “My father, Richard, is on a respirator in the ICU in the hospital. That’s all we are going to say.”

Grandfather Richard Williams, the older of the two victims, is still fighting for his life at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell.

“My father, Richard, is on a respirator in the ICU in the hospital. That’s all we are going to say,” one of Williams’ daughters told The Post on Tuesday.
