Move over, Marcus Baker! There’s a new skateboarding love interest in Ginny & Georgia Season 3, and no, we’re not talking about Wolfe!

The much-awaited third season of Sarah Lampert’s Netflix series made its debut on Thursday, June 5. Aside from the return of familiar Ginny & Georgia characters such as Ginny (Antonia Gentry), Georgia (Brianne Howey), Austin (Diesel La Torraca), Marcus (Felix Mallard), Maxine (Sara Waisglass), Paul (Scott Porter), Zion (Nathan Mitchell), and Joe (Raymond Ablack), Season 3 introduced several new actors into the mix, including Ty Doran and Noah Lamanna.

Wolfe (Doran) is featured as a new romantic interest in Ginny’s poetry class, while Lamanna joins the series as Tris, a skateboarder and tutor who becomes close to one of Ginny’s friends.

So, who exactly is Tris in Ginny & Georgia? And what should fans know about Noah Lamanna, the actor portraying Tris? Without delving into major Season 3 plot details, here’s what Ginny & Georgia enthusiasts need to know about the newcomers Noah and Tris.

Who Is Tris On Ginny & Georgia Season 3?

We first see Tris at the skatepark hanging with Marcus and Silver in Season 3, Episode 2. When Max expresses concern that Marcus is smoking more than usual, her friend Abby (Katie Douglas) walks over to him to grab a cigarette and investigate. That’s when she meets Tris, who quickly skates away and shows off their shredding skills.

In Season 3, Episode 4, Abby’s mom has a heart-to-heart with her, acknowledges that she’s been struggling since her dad left, and tells her she’s getting a peer tutor. The tutor? None other than Tris! As the season progresses and the two have more tutoring sessions, they inevitably get to know each other better and grow closer. Ginny & Georgia Season 3 shows Abby navigating her mom and dad’s divorce, her disordered eating, her changing friend group, her sexuality, and the heavy emotions that come along with those things. So she finds comfort in her new connection with Tris.
