Zymire Hughes Arrested in Las Vegas in Philadelphia Mask Terror Case

PHILADELPHIA — A man accused of frightening people across Philadelphia while wearing a disturbing mask has been arrested in Nevada, officials said Tuesday.

Zymire Hughes, 22, was captured by the U.S. Marshals Service Nevada Violent Offender Task Force around 8 p.m. in Las Vegas. He is currently being held at the Clark County Detention Center while he awaits extradition to Pennsylvania.

“Tonight, the fear that one man brought to the Philadelphia community comes to an end,” Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Robert Clark said.
