Vanessa Trump recently made a public appearance in Miami, accompanied by her daughter, Kai, for the first time since revealing her breast cancer diagnosis.
The 48-year-old mother of five opted for a relaxed look, wearing a blue button-down shirt, jeans, and sandals as she walked through a shopping center in West Palm Beach, Florida, with her 19-year-old daughter on Sunday.
Kai complemented her mother’s casual style, sporting flared blue jeans, a white camisole, a tan sweater, and white sneakers.
The mother-daughter duo was seen engaging in conversation, their hands tucked in their pockets, flaunting pink-painted fingernails. At one point, they were photographed linking arms, as reported by the Daily Mail.
This outing represented Vanessa’s first public sighting since announcing her breast cancer diagnosis last week.
Vanessa, who was formerly married to Donald Trump Jr., shared the news on Instagram last Wednesday, revealing that she had undergone a medical procedure earlier in the week.
‘I want to share a personal health update. I’ve recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. While this isn’t news anyone expects, I’m working closely with my medical team on a treatment plan,’ she said.
Vanessa added that she was grateful to her doctors for performing the procedure.

Vanessa was later noticeably absent as Kai, her eldest daughter with Don Jr, celebrated her graduation from high school later that day.
The teenager had posted an image to her own Instagram Stories, showing her alongside her mother while wearing her blue cap and gown.
‘The strongest person I know,’ she wrote on the image.
She also shared a video that showed her getting ready for her big day, as her mother remarked: ‘I can’t believe she’s graduating today.’
Kai was seen in photos exclusively obtained by the Daily Mail meeting her grandmother, Bonnie Haydon, and aunt, Veronika Haydon, at celebrity hotspot The Mark in New York City for dinner.

And despite his arrest and rehab trip, a source has told People that she remains head over heels for Tiger.
‘Vanessa and Tiger are in love, still serious, and happy to see each other,’ the insider is quoted as saying.
‘[She] is eager to help him continue with his progress and move beyond any more public scandals — which they both dislike intensely.’
The source added that Woods took his trip ‘seriously’ and is ‘all about continuing his recovery and putting this chapter behind him.’
‘He is in good spirits and also can’t wait to put the legal issues to rest,’ they said.
