Fox News host Kat Timpf has announced that she is pregnant with her second child after undergoing treatment for breast cancer.
Timpf, 37, revealed that she and her husband, Cameron Friscia, are expecting during a stand-up comedy show over the weekend.
“Well, actually, I have a secret,” she told the audience before opening her blazer to reveal her baby bump.
The comedian was wearing a black crop top and low-cut jeans, putting her growing stomach clearly on display.
“Are you guys surprised? So was I. I shouldn’t have been, though, because I’m married to a veteran and the army always does seem to take a while to pull out of something,” she joked.
“What he said would be a quick little excursion looks like an 18-year commitment.”
Timpf also joked that she wanted Friscia to have a vasectomy for her birthday next month. “I’ve had enough surgeries. It’s someone else’s turn,” she said.
She shared a video of the announcement on Instagram on Wednesday and thanked audience members for protecting her secret until she was ready to make the pregnancy public.

“Huge thanks to the 1,500-ish besties at my shows this weekend for keeping my secret,” she wrote.
“So awesome to be the portal for a new little soul.”
The pregnancy announcement comes after Timpf underwent a double mastectomy last year.
She was diagnosed with stage zero breast cancer just 15 hours before the birth of her first child.
In May, the Fox anchor said she had been “living an unimaginable horror” after the unexpected death of her father at age 69.
Her father, Daniel, died suddenly on May 7. At the time, Timpf admitted that she did not know how she would recover from the loss.
The following month, she described the past year as “really rough” and revealed that she had adopted a cat named Juan.
“So everyone knows I had a really rough year last year,” the mother-of-one said in a video shared on Instagram.

‘I was diagnosed with breast cancer, 15 hours later went into labor, gave birth to my son, had a double mastectomy, my dad helped me through the whole thing and then two months after my son’s first birthday, my dad just dropped dead.’
‘It’s been really hard,’ she admitted. ‘I’ve been going through a lot.’
Timpf and Friscia, an army veteran who served in Afghanistan, first met through the dating app Raya.
They wed in May 2021 and they welcomed their first child together, a baby boy, in February 2025.
