Hunter Biden will be hauled into court again next month and faces potential imprisonment if he doesn’t answer questions in his child support case, a judge ordered Monday.

The mother of Hunter’s child launched her case in a Batesville, Arkansas court in May 2019 demanding child support for their daughter Navy Joan Roberts – who Hunter initially denied was his.

In recent months the First Son, 53, asked the court to reduce his payments to baby momma Lunden Roberts, 32, and to deny her request to change Navy’s last name to Biden.

But he got into legal hot water after failing to answer financial questions posed by Roberts’ lawyer, Clint Lancaster.

In an order issued on June 5, Independence County Circuit Judge Holly Meyer told Hunter he must answer or provide evidence for 13 unanswered questions from Lancaster, and will hear from both parties to ‘determine if a finding of contempt and sanctions are appropriate’.

The questions include requests for copies of Hunter’s historic bank records, though most other details are redacted in the publicly available court filings

The order says if found to be in contempt, the First Son could face six months incarceration, attorneys fees of up to $20,000 as well as a fine, and an automatic loss on his legal arguments.

Meyer ordered Hunter to appear at the courthouse in Batesville on July 10 at 10am and to ‘show cause, if any exists, why he should not be held in contempt’.

Roberts won a reported $2.5 million settlement from Hunter after taking him to court in 2019 and forcing him to take a DNA test to prove he fathered Navy Joan during their 2017 fling.

The order comes just days after nearly 9,000 photos from Hunter Biden’s laptop were published online by right wing nonprofit Marco Polo, whose founder has been hired by Lancaster to help with their case.

The 8,864 pictures posted on bidenlaptopmedia.com include hundreds of images of the First Son taking drugs and having sex with prostitutes, as well as family photos and everyday snaps.

The photos published last week include 7,032 mostly from Hunter’s MacBook Pro iPhoto app, 1,832 from a backup of his iPhone XS, 428 ‘live photos’ (short videos taken on an iPhone), 674 images sent in text messages, 579 screenshots, 40 sent via WhatsApp, and 111 others.

The images are dated between 2008 and 2019. Some have geographic coordinates attached, showing Hunter took photos in Hawaii, Cabo San Lucas, Kosovo, the Dominican Republic, western China, London, Paris, Rome, Belgrade and across the US.

Marco Polo was founded by former Trump White House staffer Garrett Ziegler, 27, and describes itself as ‘a nonprofit research group exposing corruption & blackmail’.

Hunter’s lawyer in the child support case, Brent Langdon, argued that Ziegler had ‘no work experience as an accountant or finance expert of any kind’ and posed a ‘security and confidentiality risk’ if given Hunter’s confidential financial documents and tax filings.

Langdon said Ziegler was waging a campaign against the Bidens for political reasons, though the former White House official says he is merely pushing for transparency.

The long-running paternity suit between the president’s son and Roberts seemed to have been resolved in 2019 when a DNA test proved Hunter had fathered little Navy Joan Roberts and he agreed to a reported $2.5 million settlement.

But the recovering drug addict abruptly reopened the case in September by claiming he had suffered ‘a substantial material change’ in his income and couldn’t afford the payments.

Roberts refused to buckle and raised the stakes by petitioning the court to officially rename her daughter Navy Joan Biden to ‘benefit from carrying the Biden Family name,’ a move Hunter dismissed as ‘political warfare.’

Roberts also served the First Son with a sprawling discovery request covering everything from his shady business dealings in Ukraine and China to the names of the mystery art lovers who have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for his beginner abstract paintings.
