Leaked blueprints from Iran's Revolutionary Guard expose secret 'psychological warfare' used to crush dissent as protests engulf the country

Exclusive secret documents and videos obtained by the Daily Mail have revealed the chilling mechanics behind Iran’s oppressive regime, uncovering the hidden strategies and harsh methods used to suppress the widespread protests currently engulfing the nation.

These leaked files, sourced by United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI), offer an unprecedented glimpse into the regime’s core, exposing the central hub of Ayatollah’s repressive actions: the clandestine Tharallah Headquarters in Tehran.

As courageous demonstrators continue to fill Tehran’s streets, the documents reveal that they are up against a meticulously organized operation on an industrial scale, aimed at preserving the dictatorship at any cost.

Described as a ‘manual for repression,’ the dossier uncovers the frightening role of the Basij Imam Ali Units. These units were established specifically to suppress dissent following the 2009 Green Movement, which posed the most significant threat to the Islamic Republic’s authority since its formation.

Currently, these specialized units serve as the main force confronting the ongoing protest movement.

According to the leaked strategy guide released by UANI, these units are activated under a ‘yellow’ security alert, deploying groups of menacing motorcycle gangs to intimidate and terrorize communities.

The documents describe these motorbike units as a ‘hit-and-run tool’ designed for ‘fast, cheap, and brutal repression.’ Their orders are chillingly specific: chase down protesters, run them off roads, and intimidate civilians into silence.

Videos recorded from inside Iran in the past week show these units shooting at protestors from their motorbikes as they carry out their suppression operation.

According to the leaked playbook being published by UANI, these units are mobilized under a ‘yellow’ security alert, deploying ‘swarms’ of lethal motorcycle gangs to terrorize neighborhoods

But the manual goes further, offering a window into the twisted psychology of the regime’s enforcers. It explicitly instructs riders to wage ‘psychological warfare’ against unarmed civilians.

Riders are ordered to move in strict ‘two-column formations’ at slow speeds to make their numbers appear overwhelming. They are told to deliberately rev their engines to create a deafening noise and blast their headlights to disorient and panic crowds.

The goal, the manual states, is to ‘scatter crowds before they grow’ by weaving through alleys and flanking terrified demonstrators.

The foot soldiers carrying out these orders are often young radicalized men aged 15 to 30, armed to the teeth with shotguns, pepper spray, and paintball guns. Even more disturbing, the report suggests the units have recruited ‘criminals and thugs’ known for extreme brutality to spread fear effectively.

Dr. Saeid Golkar, Senior Advisor at UANI, told the Daily Mail that this specific headquarters is the regime’s last line of defense.

‘The Iranian regime’s security forces, most notably the IRGC’s Tharallah Headquarters, represent the primary obstacle facing brave Iranians striving to dismantle the Ayatollah-led dictatorship,’ he said.

Perhaps most disturbing is a section of the manual detailing the use of snipers. The internal documents reveal that in ‘sensitive locations’ and ‘protest hotspots,’ commanders are ordered to deploy snipers to rooftops with a single, cold-blooded objective: ‘to target protest leaders.’

Snipers have also been shooting protestors on the streets, with graphic images and videos showing fatalities as a result of live rounds being fired.

This ‘hidden infrastructure,’ which has long operated in the shadows, is now being brought into the light.

The UANI report identifies the Tharallah Headquarters as the ‘most critical cog’ in the IRGC’s machine—maneuvering riot police, intelligence agents and heavy security units to suffocate dissent before it can threaten the Supreme Leader.

Kasra Aarabi, Director of IRGC Research at UANI, issued a stark warning to the West, calling for direct action against this apparatus.

‘The cycle of protests and suppression will continue until the balance of power shifts between the unarmed Iranian population and the radicalized and fully armed IRGC suppressive apparatus,’ Aarabi said.

‘Weakening this apparatus, including through targeted military strikes, is critical to supporting the Iranian people’s democratic aspirations.’

The push to dismantle the IRGC has taken on new urgency following a summer of targeted military strikes by Israel and the Trump administration.

These operations are coupled with President Trump’s recent bellicose warnings that the US would intervene militarily if the regime moves to harm protesters.

Aarabi added that the new intelligence ‘should serve as a focal point for Western efforts to target and undermine the IRGC’s capacity for repression.’

The entire report, called ‘The Tharallah Headquarters Unveiled: The Hidden Infrastructure Blocking Regime Change in Iran,’ will be released next week.

The White House, Pentagon and State Department did not respond to the Daily Mail’s request for comment.
