A former intern and paid contractor tied to Georgia Republican Senate candidate Mike Collins is facing renewed scrutiny after a string of troubling social media posts resurfaced.
Preston Parra, who has described himself online as a “twink fascist,” served as an intern in Collins’s congressional office from August to October 2024.
He later went on to work as a paid contractor for Collins’s leadership PAC, Overhaul PAC.
The controversy has intensified after images resurfaced showing a swastika and a photograph that appears to depict Parra wearing Ku Klux Klan robes, raising new questions about Collins’s judgment and vetting process.
The material was posted on X in June and July, according to an investigation by The Washington Post.
The posts reportedly featured racial slurs, references to “White Power” and Nazi-related imagery and language.
Parra told the Post that much of what he shared was meant as satire, and he denied that he is a white supremacist.
He also told the newspaper that white supremacy conflicts with his religious beliefs, adding that his father is Colombian.

Parra posted this while working for Collins’ Overhaul PAC. Federal Election Commission filings show that Parra was last paid by the congressman’s political group on May 23, 2025, three days after he posted this on X
However, he still said, ‘the white race contributes more to the world.’
Parra’s political résumé spans prominent Republican circles. Overhaul PAC paid his consulting firm $7,700 in May 2025.
He claimed to have worked as a Trump campaign surrogate during the 2024 cycle and said he spent eight months as political director for Representative Brian Jack.
He was affiliated with Turning Point USA for at least five years, serving in campus leadership before billing himself as a TPUSA media personality.
In January, Our News Outlet revealed the 24-year-old’s trail of racist, antisemitic and sexually provocative posts, including crotch-shot selfies, references to a ‘harem of twink concubines’ and posts calling himself a ‘racist.’
Asked for comment, Parra responded with a profane insult.
Collins’ campaign moved quickly to distance itself. ‘Preston Parra has no affiliation with Mike Collins’ office or campaign,’ spokesman Meyer Siegfried told Our News Outlet.
‘The posts are vile, completely unhinged, and Mike Collins unequivocally condemns them.’
Parra also touts online how he was an official Trump campaign surrogate, worked with Turning Point USA for years and helped out with Congressman Brian Jack’s campaign

Parra is not the first in Collins’ orbit to draw scrutiny.
Son-in-law David Alan Scheer II, a fitness and masculinity influencer with 1.5 million followers, has been accused of posting antisemitic conspiracy theories, white-nationalist material and Nazi imagery – including liking a comment quoting Erika, a marching song tied to Nazi-era propaganda.
Scheer is registered to vote at a property Collins owns and has appeared in campaign photographs. Collins has said Scheer plays no role in his campaign and that he does not share his views.
Former chief of staff Kip Talley was replaced after reports he joined a group chat with white supremacists Nick Fuentes and Richard Spencer, and discussed helping Holocaust denier Charles Johnson while Johnson was jailed.
Talley said he acted in a personal capacity and that Collins did not direct him.
Former digital director William Paul, son of Senator Rand Paul, hurled antisemitic insults at Rep. Mike Lawler in a bar in May.
Collins’ own posts have drawn fire. He shared video of a white counter-protester making ape-like gestures at a Black pro-Palestinian protester at Ole Miss, later calling it inappropriate but not the video’s ‘focal point.’
He also replied to an account mocking a Washington Post reporter’s Jewish identity, saying he was criticizing her views, not her background.
An InsiderAdvantage poll taken Aug. 16–17 has Ossoff leading Collins 50–43, with 7 percent undecided.
