Moving Day at the 2026 U.S. Open is set up for high drama as the chasing pack tries to reel in Wyndham Clark. The 2023 U.S. Open winner enters Saturday at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club holding a four-stroke advantage over a group of four players tied for second. After a brilliant opening round, Clark followed with another steady performance Friday to stay in command at 7 under.

The contenders behind him include several marquee names looking to close the gap Saturday, with Xander Schauffele, Matt Fitzpatrick and Tom Kim among those sitting at 3 under. Collin Morikawa begins the weekend at 2 under, while Justin Thomas, Sam Burns, Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy remain within striking distance.

Clark will have a late afternoon start after the USGA placed him in the final pairing alongside 2022 U.S. Open champion Fitzpatrick at 3:45 p.m. ET. Schauffele gets his chance to apply pressure just ahead of them, teeing off with Sam Stevens at 3:34 p.m. By then, several stars in pursuit will already be well into their rounds, including McIlroy and Maverick McNealy at 2:12 p.m., with Scheffler and Brian Harman going off one group earlier at 2:01 p.m.

Earlier Saturday, 2015 U.S. Open champion Jordan Spieth will try to climb the board when he tees it up with Joaquin Niemann at 10:55 a.m. Spieth starts the round at 3 over and in need of a charge. While he is not positioned as a primary contender entering the day, tougher wind conditions expected later could create trouble for the leaders and bring higher scores into play over a demanding 18 holes.

The complete list of Saturday’s third-round tee times is below as players battle for position at Shinnecock Hills. Although the goal for everyone who made the weekend is to finish 72 holes, several of golf’s biggest names will not get that chance after missing the U.S. Open cut on Friday.
