Eric Dier is enjoying is new life in Germany and has Harry Kane to thank for helping him settle after his move to Bayern Munich.

Dier swapped North London for the Bundesliga in January, switching to the German champions in a loan switch from Tottenham for the remainder of the season, with the option of a one-year extension.

After playing just four times under Ange Postecoglou, the 30-year-old jumped at the chance to hook-up with former team-mate Harry Kane at Munich, and has credited the England skipper in helping him transition to life in the German city.

‘Harry helped me a lot in the integration, that makes everything easier for me.’ Dier said.

Dier made his debut for Bayern in a 1-0 win over Union Berlin last month and his wasted no time in getting accustomed to his new surroundings.
