Fantasy Baseball Week 18 Preview: Top 10 sleeper hitters include Curtis Mead, Triston Peters

The second half of the fantasy baseball season is underway, and if you already adjusted your roster once, it may be time to make another move.

That depends on how your league handled the first weekend after the All-Star break. Some formats counted Thursday through Sunday as a standalone scoring period, while others rolled those games into the first full week back, creating an extended 11-day matchup. If your league uses the longer window, this Week 18 fantasy baseball hitter preview is not for you. Circle back for the period officially labeled Week 19, running July 27-Aug. 2, even if your league’s merged schedule makes the numbering look a little different.

For everyone else setting lineups again on Monday, the focus turns back to streaming hitters. As usual, the recommendations are tailored for leagues where short-term lineup help can make a real difference. All information is current as of late Sunday.
