Daniel Moreno-Gama is facing federal charges for attacking Sam Altman’s home and OpenAI’s HQ

San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) officers recently uncovered a document linked to an individual named Daniel Moreno-Gama. It appears that Moreno-Gama had previously emailed a version of this document to contacts at his former Texas college on April 10, 2026. This document, authored by Moreno-Gama, was a three-part series expressing opposition to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and targeting executives from various AI companies, including a person referred to as Victim-1.

The initial segment of the document, ominously titled “Your Last Warning,” was signed by Moreno-Gama. In this section, he shockingly claimed to have “killed/attempted to kill” Victim-1. Moreover, Moreno-Gama wrote, “If I am to encourage others to kill and commit crimes, I must lead by example and demonstrate my sincerity.” He proceeded to list the names and addresses of board members, CEOs, and investors associated with AI companies.

The second segment, labeled “Some more words on the matter of our impending extinction,” delved into Moreno-Gama’s views on the existential threats he believed AI posed to humanity.

The final part of the document was a letter directed at Victim-1, titled “To [Victim-1’s name] if you make it.” In this letter, Moreno-Gama stated, “If by some miracle you live, then I would take this as a sign from the divine to redeem yourself…”
