Victoria Beckham has looked back on her World Cup experience after unexpectedly becoming one of the tournament’s most talked-about viral moments. The 52-year-old fashion designer spent the past month following the competition, co-hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico, alongside her husband, former England captain David Beckham, 51. The couple were joined at various matches by daughter Harper, 15, and sons Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 21, while eldest son Brooklyn, 27, has not been seen at Beckham family gatherings since Christmas 2024. The tournament concluded on Sunday, with Spain claiming the trophy after a hard-fought 1-0 win over Argentina in the final.

Victoria, who was absent from Spice Girls bandmate Mel C’s wedding over the weekend, shared a tender photo of herself with David at the match on Instagram Stories. “I have loved our football tour! I love you @davidbeckham,” she wrote alongside the image. Her post followed a wave of online attention sparked by her appearance at England’s quarter-final against Norway in Miami. Fans were on edge as the Three Lions fought to keep their World Cup hopes alive after Andreas Schjelderup handed Norway an early lead. England’s fortunes shifted dramatically in first-half stoppage time, when Jude Bellingham delivered a stunning equaliser.

As Bellingham’s strike beat Norway goalkeeper Orjan Nyland, the Beckham box burst into celebration. David, Romeo, Cruz and Harper all jumped to their feet as the stadium roared. Victoria, however, remained the picture of composed calm, sitting beside her longtime hairdresser Ken Paves without so much as a visible smile. The contrast quickly lit up X, formerly Twitter, where viewers turned the moment into instant meme material.
