Whoopi Goldberg nearly had an on-air slip on this morning’s episode of The View.

The discussion began with the ladies focusing on President Donald Trump’s intention to receive a luxurious aircraft from Qatar’s royal family. They explored whether this decision was ethically sound and pondered the potential national security risks involved in accepting such a gift.

Ana Navarro highlighted what she deemed “hypocrisy” within the Republican Party, criticizing their intense scrutiny of Hunter Biden, while pointing out the current oversight committees’ lack of action regarding the apparent conflicts of interest involving Trump and his family.

Navarro mentioned several specific examples, such as Melania Trump’s $40 million deal with Amazon for a documentary about her life, the way the Trump children are capitalizing on their name globally, and the reported $2 billion investment by the Saudis in Jared Kushner’s business activities.

“All of those things, one after the other, right in front of our faces without there being so much as an eyebrow raise by the hypocritical, cowardly, rubber-stamping Republicans in Congress,” she fumed. “You want that to stop? You got to vote Democrats into Congress so that we have some semblance of checks and balances.”

Goldberg, on the other hand, took a more neutral approach as she urged Americans to find “the right people.”

“Maybe it’s an independent. Maybe it’s a Republican who is not beholden. But they have to be moved otherwise this sh— stuff … is going keep ….” she said, letting her sentence trail off as she flashed a cheeky smile at the audience for her near

It’s not often that Goldberg curses on The View — although she was censored in a March episode of the hit daytime talk show for calling out Republicans lawmakers’ lack of “cajones” after the House GOP’s campaign arm Richard Hudson told them not to attend in-person town halls.

“There are so many Republicans that have decided not to engage at all. You see people and you see the pictures are there of the Republicans but the Republicans are not there,” she said. “That should tell you something. If you don’t have the cajones to come and meet the people who put you in power, then you shouldn’t be there.”

The View airs on weekdays at 11/10c on ABC.
