Patricia Monsell killed her husband James Monsell in the year 2004.

When he refused, he was ordered outside to run a power washer in front of the home to drown out the sound of gunfire while Patricia shot her husband, he told officials. Patricia Monsell was freed from Somerset County Jail late Thursday afternoon after posting $1 million bonds.
