Bryan Dos Santos-Gomes was abducted in Fort Myers, Florida, on December 1, 2006.
When a woman walked up to him and asked for directions, he was waiting at a bus stop with his mother, Maria de Fatima Ramos Dos Santos, and Maria’s friend, Janice Duarte.
She stated she spent eight hours looking for her mother’s house. In Fort Myers, the baby was taken from his mother’s arms.

Maria, Janice, and Bryan stepped into this woman’s car to help her travel to the exact address where the incident took place. After Bryan was kidnapped, his parents had two more children.
Bryan’s parents admitted to being illegal immigrants who paid hundreds of dollars to smugglers, but they denied that this was the reason their child was taken.

Bryan’s photograph has been aged to the age of 14 years. He was last seen in the Estero area of Florida.
He was last seen with a heavy-set White/Hispanic female, 28-30 years old, with long straight black hair and wearing blue jeans and a blacktop.
They could be in a black Ford Explorer with two doors, like the one pictured above. Because the companion is armed, he or she should be approached with caution.
