A NURSE who allegedly had sex with her 15-year-old stepson while his dad was out gave a sick excuse to explain herself, according to her victim.

Alexis Von Yates, 34, mentioned that the teenager resembled a younger version of her husband Frank, who is also the boy’s father, when the incident allegedly occurred, according to the victim.

The police report indicates that the teen “heard the suspect apologizing to [his] father, expressing that the young victim resembled his father in his younger years”.

Adding another unsettling element, Yates reportedly contacted the boy the next day and remarked that she hadn’t noticed “how large” his private parts were.

She added she wished they hadn’t been caught so they could have continued in the act, it is alleged.

The nurse has been charged with sexual battery of a teenager, which she denies, and had her medical licence revoked last week.

Franks’s 15-year-old son went to visit the couple in Ocala, Florida, for the summer vacation last year.

On July 26, 2024, Yates reportedly put her own two children to bed and joined her stepson on the living room couch.

The pair used a THC vape, played video games and watched movies, according to the arrest document, while lineman Frank was out to work.

At around 1am, Yates put on a horror movie and began making sexual comments, the report says.

Yates reportedly said “she had not had sex in two weeks and she was on her period”.

Beginning to cuddle the boy, Yates saying: “I wish you were 18, because you’re not old enough,” according to the affidavit.

They then engaged in oral sex and intercourse, according to the arrest document.

The boy’s father unexpectedly arrived home and walked in to find his wife and son naked on the couch, the affidavit says.

The pair heard a noise in the garage, the boy’s account says, but they carried on anyway.

Frank shouted: “What the f*** is going on?” at the horrific sight of his wife raping his son, it is claimed, and began throwing objects before the 15-year-old fled the house.

It was then that the boy reportedly heard Yates make the excuses about the similarities between the father and son.

The dad then drove his son to his grandparents’ house, telling the boy he had “ruined his life” while drinking a beer, according to court documents.

Yates is said to have groomed the boy in the weeks before the alleged abuse, with the boy spending considerable time around her whilst his dad was at work.

She is said to have made a number of lewd comments to him and exposed him to sexualised behaviour.

Yates reportedly said: “I bet everyone thought you were my little boy toy,” as the pair left a gym.

And another time, she allegedly made whipped cream, put some on her tongue and stuck it out at the teen, asking: “Oh, you like that?”

The stepson told cops Yates repeatedly said she was “horny” in the preceding week.

The boy said he has suffered extreme emotional distress as a result of the alleged abuse and spends most of his days sleeping.

He reported losing his appetite and struggling with substance abuse.

After making the grim discovery, the dad did not call the cops, leading to a concerned family member anonymously reporting the allegations instead, and Yates was arrested in November.

Confirming that Yates had lost her medical licence, the Florida Department of Health said: “Nurses are placed in a position of trust.

“Therefore, it is imperative that they demonstrate good judgement and good moral character.

“Ms Yates’ decision to engage in sexual activity with a minor child and/or her decision to engage in oral and penetrative sex indicates that she lacks the good judgement and moral character necessary to be a registered nurse.”

Yates is charged with felony lewd or lascivious battery with a victim aged 12 to 16. She has pleaded not guilty and awaits trial.
