MS-13 member, child sex offender nabbed amid federal immigration enforcement on Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard

Immigration enforcement operations conducted on Tuesday on the Massachusetts islands of Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard led to around 40 arrests, according to a press release from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) shared with Fox News Digital.

This operation was seen as a significant boost for public safety, with a confirmed MS-13 member and “at least one child sex offender” among those apprehended, as detailed in the release.

“ICE officers, in coordination with FBI, DEA, and ATF agents, collaborated to detain a notable number of undocumented offenders, which included at least one child predator,” stated Patricia H. Hyde, acting Field Office Director of ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations in Boston, as per the release. “The U.S. Coast Guard assisted in the secure and efficient transportation of the detainees from Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, ensuring the safety of the local residents.”

“HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY TO ALL, INCLUDING THE SCUM THAT SPENT THE LAST FOUR YEARS TRYING TO DESTROY OUR COUNTRY THROUGH WARPED RADICAL LEFT MINDS, WHO ALLOWED 21,000,000 MILLION PEOPLE TO ILLEGALLY ENTER OUR COUNTRY, MANY OF THEM BEING CRIMINALS AND THE MENTALLY INSANE,THROUGH AN OPEN BORDER THAT ONLY AN INCOMPETENT PRESIDENT WOULD APPROVE … ” Trump declared in part of an all-caps Truth Social post on Monday.
