Meghan Markle feels guilty for 'having a lot' of money -- but will 'never have enough'

Meghan Markle has money guilt.

The Duchess of Sussex spoke candidly to podcast guest Sara Blakely on Tuesday about her “mindset on money.”

The “Confessions of a Female Founder” host, 43, explained that “women especially” are “taught to not even talk about” their finances.

The former actress noted, “There’s lots of guilt mentality surrounding having a lot. And at the same time, there’s a scarcity mindset.

The “Suits” alum mentioned that it’s common to cling to the belief of never having enough, expressing a desire to develop a healthier attitude toward finances.

Markle and husband Prince Harry, notably, have an estimated combined net worth of $60 million.

According to a report by the London Times in September 2024, the Duke of Sussex, who is 40, along with Prince William, received an inheritance exceeding $10 million from Queen Elizabeth II.

Harry and Markle live in a $14 million mansion in Montecito, Calif., with Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 3.

The two have been in the spotlight for their regular use of private jets and homes belonging to A-list friends. A source informed Page Six last year that they are not keen on spending their own money.

The insider claimed, “It’s always other people’s money.”

Markle has undertaken a slew of business ventures in recent months, which she addressed elsewhere on Tuesday’s episode.

She said working on her own was “incredibly lonely” — but also “liberating” — before she partnered with Netflix on her As Ever lifestyle brand.

She called the streaming platform’s involvement a “U-turn moment” in her career.

Markle dropped her first line of products in April, one month after debuting Season 1 of “With Love, Meghan” on Netflix.

Her Lemonada Media podcast also began streaming last month.
