On Sunday, 18-year-old Ava Moore lost her life while kayaking on Grapevine Lake near Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. According to arrest records obtained by NBC affiliate KXAS, witnesses reported that 21-year-old Daikerlyn Alejandra Gonzalez Gonzalez was riding a jet ski recklessly on the same lake, leading to a collision with one of two kayakers near the shore.
