In the wake of a terror attack in the center of Boulder, Colorado, the county’s GOP chair criticized local and state authorities for implementing policies that protect individuals who are in the U.S. without legal status, suggesting these officials are prioritizing tolerance over law enforcement.

Illegal Egyptian national Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45, faces arrest following accusations of hurling Molotov cocktails into a gathering of peaceful pro-Israel protestors near the Boulder County courthouse, all while shouting, “Free Palestine.”

Authorities said eight people suffered burn injuries, and a total of 12 people were injured in the attack, which happened on the eve of Shavuot.
