Tunnel to Towers Chairman Frank Siller on Tackling Veteran Homelessness: "We Must Do It"

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

During an engaging interview with Fox Nation host Abby Hornacek, Frank Siller, Chairman and CEO of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, articulated his firm dedication to eliminating veteran homelessness in the United States. Siller fervently expressed, “This is unacceptable in America to have a homeless veteran on the street… we must do it.”

Acknowledging the vast scope of the issue—with estimates ranging from 35,000 to 50,000 homeless veterans—Tunnel to Towers has managed to help over 10,000 veterans transition off the streets in the last two years. The foundation uses a nationwide case management program, partnering with more than a thousand local non-profits, HUD, and the VA to offer housing, financial aid, and essential comprehensive support, including mental health services.

Siller highlighted the significant debt owed to veterans who “put it all on the line” for the nation’s safety, particularly post-9/11. Beyond individual housing solutions, the foundation is developing “veteran villages” nationwide, transforming donated properties and hotels into respectable, elegant apartments with on-site support services to aid in social reintegration.

With 19 such projects underway and a goal of over 300, Siller echoed President Donald Trump’s commitment to ending veteran homelessness. He urged viewers to support this vital mission by donating $11 a month at T2T.org, stressing that their contributions make a “tremendous difference.”
