Authorities are optimistic about apprehending the father suspected of killing his three daughters and escaping into the wilderness of Washington. Local police assure the public that they are intensifying their urgent pursuit of this triple-homicide suspect.

“You will notice a shift in our tactics as we move forward,” Chelan County Sheriff Mike Morrison stated in a Wednesday news conference. “We just need one slip-up and one lucky day in our favor, and he will be in our custody.”

These remarks follow the U.S. Marshals Service’s deployment of its Rapidly Advancing Manhunt program in their search for Travis Decker. Decker, a former military member and skilled survivalist, is accused of murdering his daughters, aged 9, 8, and 5—Paityn, Evelyn, and Olivia.

Authorities are offering a $20,000 reward for any information leading to Decker’s arrest. If convicted, Decker could face the possibility of life in prison without parole.

“We will not stop,” U.S. Marshals Service Chief Jerome Brown said. “He just has to make one mistake like the sheriff said. We will find him. He will be brought to justice so the community can heal.”
