It’s quite outlandish for Watts to assert that “no one is safe” from ICE. As long as you’re legally present in this country and do not hinder their operations, you’ll be perfectly fine. 

Don’t expect the Democrats to moderate any time soon. The incentives are just too strong for individual politicians to make the obvious move to the center attractive for any Democrats in Blue districts. 

And that’s the PR lesson for Republicans: Tucker Carlson isn’t interested in what you have to say. If you accept an invitation to be on his show, don’t expect to be treated respectfully. Don’t expect it’ll be an honest, open exchange of ideas.
