Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Zach Wilson!
The Dolphins quarterback married fiancée Nicolette Dellanno on Saturday in Manhattan roughly a year after getting engaged.
The wedding ceremony took place at St. Patrick’s Cathedral, followed by a reception at the Rainbow Room.
“Best night ever,” the new Mrs. Wilson wrote over a photo on her Instagram Story.
Quarterback Jarrett Stidham, Wilson’s Broncos teammate in 2024, and Stidham’s wife Kennedy were among those in attendance.
Dellanno, who was first linked to Wilson, 25, in 2022, kicked off the pre-wedding festivities in March with a bachelorette party in Mexico.
That same month, Wilson — the Jets’ second-overall pick in 2021 — joined his new NFL team in Miami on a one-year, $6 million contract after spending a season in Denver.
“So happy for my boy,” Dellanno gushed in an Instagram Story after Wilson’s free-agency signing.
Wilson is expected to back up Dolphins starter Tua Tagovailoa.
The ex-Jets quarterback is looking forward to starting anew with a former division rival after three rocky seasons in New York.
Reflecting openly in March on his turbulent time with the Jets, Wilson stated, “Looking back, I wish I could’ve done so much better, maybe would’ve approached it differently, but I think, at the end of the day, it’s all part of the story.”
“Learning from those experiences and those hard times ultimately is what got me here and hopefully being able to take advantage of the opportunity here,” he mentioned on the Dolphins’ “Drive Time” podcast.
The Jets went 4-13 in his rookie season, when Wilson threw for nine touchdowns against 11 interceptions.
He was benched the following year after failing to fall on the sword for a dismal 10-3 outing against the Patriots.
Wilson’s third year was intended to be a reset season after the Jets traded for Aaron Rodgers in April 2023. That plan spiraled just four plays into the regular season when Wilson relieved Rodgers, who suffered a season-ending Achilles injury.
The Jets went 7-10 and traded Wilson to the Broncos in April 2024. He served as QB3 to starter Bo Nix and Jarrett Stidham, respectively.
That year turned out to be a monumental one as Wilson proposed to Dellanno during a dreamy vacation in Italy.
“To the love of my life, I never truly understood what love was until I met you. You’re not just my partner, but my best friend and my everything. I can’t wait to make a lifetime of memories with you, Nic,” he gushed on Instagram in June 2024.
Wilson and Dellanno first fueled relationship buzz in June 2022 when they attended a Yankees game in the Bronx.
