Nottingham Forest has unveiled an eye-catching new home kit for the 2025/26 season. This special edition design not only celebrates the club’s 160-year legacy but also marks its triumphant return to European football, highlighting its storied past.
The shirt, crafted by adidas, showcases a sleek pinstripe design first introduced in the 1981/82 season, symbolizing many of the club’s historic moments. The kit also features a return to a classic collared neckline, merging traditional elements with contemporary styling.
The ensemble is completed with clean white shorts accented by adidas’ signature red three stripes, and matching red socks adorned with the ‘NFFC’ badge, subtly yet powerfully representing the club’s heritage.
Forest debuted their new look in a pre-season friendly against League Two side Chesterfield F.C. However, it didn’t bring them much luck, as Nuno Espírito Santo’s side – without recently departed Anthony Elanga, who has joined Newcastle, and Morgan Gibbs-White, widely linked with Tottenham Hotspur – were held to a disappointing goalless draw.
With European football pending, they’ll be hoping the new kit brings better fortune in the season ahead.
Fans can get their hands on the 2025/26 Forest home shirt now through the official club stores, adidas retail outlets, online at www.adidas.co.uk/football-jerseys, or via the club’s website.
