Passengers removed from plane, arrested for alleged vodka-induced drunk and disruptive behavior

Two individuals have been prohibited from boarding flights with a British airline following their removal from an aircraft by police. This action was due to their alleged inappropriate conduct while under the influence of alcohol.

Ian Boyle, a passenger on the July 24 flight from Leeds Bradford Airport in Yeadon, England, heading to the Greek island of Crete, witnessed the commotion.

The flight had been delayed, at which point the two men began drinking a bottle of vodka, according to Boyle, SWNS reported.

In another incident in May, a Southwest flight bound for Houston, Texas, was delayed at a New Orleans terminal to allow authorities to escort a passenger off the plane after they refused to exit when requested.

The Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office reported that the passenger, identified as 25-year-old Kamaryn Gibson from Olathe, Kansas, was causing a disruption after the plane had departed from the gate at Louis Armstrong New Orleans Airport.

Jet2 and West Yorkshire Police did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
