5th Cincinnati brawl suspect’s mugshot released after FBI arrest

Authorities have unveiled the mugshot of the fifth individual apprehended in connection with the widely-publicized altercation that erupted in downtown Cincinnati on July 26.

Fox News Digital has verified that 38-year-old Patrick Rosemond was arrested Monday afternoon by the FBI and the Atlanta Metropolitan Major Offender’s Task Force in Fulton County, Georgia. He faces two charges of felonious assault and aggravated riot, as indicated by the Cincinnati Police Department. 

He is also charged with one count of fugitive from justice for a fingerprintable charge, according to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office. 

Police reported that he is currently detained in the Fulton County Jail, pending his extradition to Ohio. Rosemond, a resident of Cincinnati, does not have any listed addresses in Georgia, according to details obtained by Fox News Digital.

Vernon and Merriweather are also facing charges of felonious assault, aggravated riot, and assault. Merriweather’s bond is set at $500,000, while Vernon’s bond is at $200,000.

Kittle is charged with felonious assault, aggravated riot and three counts of assault. 

Kittle, Merriweather and Vernon are currently being held in the Hamilton County Jail. 

A grand jury is scheduled to meet on Aug. 8.
