Nino was on community supervision for second-degree robbery and had a warrant out for his arrest for failing to check in with his corrections officer when he was arrested in New Mexico, ABC News reported. He was being returned to the Washington Department of Corrections when he fled the airport.

Another inmate, Sedrick T. Stevenson, escaped custody at Sea-Tac airport in May. He was captured six weeks later.

Authorities are asking anyone with knowledge of Nino’s whereabouts to call 911 and not approach him.
