Jenelle Evans, a star from “Teen Mom 2,” has caught the attention of Child Protective Services after reports surfaced that she left her two youngest kids in the care of their older brother to spend time partying in Las Vegas.

Evans’ son Jace, 16, has reportedly watched his siblings, Kaiser and Ensley, while the former reality TV star partied on multiple occasions.

“It’s gotten so bad that someone close to the family has contacted CPS,” a source told The U.S. Sun.

Evans denied the allegations, according to The Blast.

Jenelle Evans accused of mistreating son

This report follows a leak of text messages by her son Jace, where he accused Evans of mistreatment and claimed her former husband, David Eason, had choked him, as reported by TMZ.

Evans reportedly told her 16-year-old that he was lying about Eason trying to choke him.

“I never lied … he tried to,” Jace responded.

Jenelle Evans’ legal troubles

Evans has been in trouble with the law on numerous occasions since appearing on MTV’s “Teen Mom 2.”

Evans has had 15 arrests on her record, facing charges such as cyberstalking, assaulting her ex-spouse Courtland Rogers, driving without a valid license, and possessing heroin and drug paraphernalia, according to Us Weekly.
