Exclusive footage obtained by Brooke Taylor reveals the aftermath of a deadly shooting at a Dallas ICE facility, where bullet holes mark the scene. The incident has prompted a response from Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons, who comments on this event and discusses law enforcement activities in Portland, along with the arrest of a school superintendent in Des Moines.

Norlan Guzman-Fuentes, a 37-year-old undocumented immigrant from El Salvador, was killed in the attack. His records reveal a criminal past in both Florida and Texas, though it remains unclear when he entered the U.S. His first documented arrest dates back to 2012 in Palm Beach County, Florida, for charges including battery and displaying a firearm. However, only the criminal mischief charge was sustained.

He faced further legal issues in 2020 when police in Arlington, Texas, charged him with a DWI. Although he was released on bond before ICE could intervene, he was later arrested in Dallas on August 25 for aggravated assault and an outstanding DWI warrant. ICE filed a detainer, but the assault charge was eventually dismissed. He was later detained by Dallas Enforcement and Removal Operations on September 24.

Miguel Angel Garcia-Hernandez, a 31-year-old undocumented immigrant from Mexico, succumbed to his wounds at a hospital. Although ICE records don’t specify his entry into the country, his legal troubles started with an arrest on August 8, 2025, in Arlington, Texas, for DUI charges, evading arrest, and fleeing police. ICE promptly filed a detainer and detained him on September 24.

Previous arrests in Arlington show Garcia-Hernandez was detained in 2011 for evading arrest and failing to identify himself, resulting in a conviction for the latter charge. Again in 2017, he was convicted for failing to identify himself. Despite an immigration detainer at that time, he was freed before ICE could detain him. “Our condolences go to his family,” said ICE in a statement highlighting the tragic consequences of hostile actions against ICE personnel fulfilling their duties.

Jose Andres Bordones-Molina, a 33-year-old undocumented immigrant from Venezuela, remains in the hospital due to injuries. Records indicate he legally entered the U.S. at Nogales, Arizona, in August 2024 before being released. His subsequent arrests include a property theft charge in Arlington, Texas, on January 16 and a traffic violation in Euless, Texas, on September 16, leading ICE Dallas to issue an immigration detainer following the latest arrest.
