Prosecutors: Alicia Andrews helped plan 'hellish onslaught' that killed rapper Julio Foolio in Tampa

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Alicia Andrews, a 22-year-old, played a significant role in the tragic events leading to the death of Jacksonville rapper Charles Jones, widely known as Julio Foolio, according to prosecutors.

The prosecution claims that Andrews was instrumental in orchestrating what they termed a “hellish onslaught” that resulted in the rapper’s untimely demise.
