The Western Australia police commissioner has referred to a notorious bikie as a middle-aged man playing dress-ups after he was charged with displaying a Nazi symbol on his face.
Perth’s most recognisable bikie Dayne Brajkovich’s head-to-toe ink has resulted in another charge on his rap sheet.

During a recent court appearance, a small swastika tattoo on a man’s chin drew the attention of gang crime squad officers, leading to his arrest.

“We have clear legal boundaries when it comes to displaying swastikas on your body,” stated Commissioner Col Blanch.

The 45-year-old former Hells Angel left the Perth Magistrates Court clad in a striking outfit, suggesting a possible shift in allegiance to the Mongols.

Authorities detained the man at his residence last night, charging him with exhibiting a Nazi symbol in a public area.

“If older men wish to engage in role-playing that doesn’t involve Nazi symbols, I have no issue,” Blanch commented. “It’s a personal choice for those wanting to dress up.”

Although the tattoo itself is not new, recent legislation has made the public display of hate symbols illegal.

The legislation came into effect late last year, including a maximum penalty of five years’ jail.

“We draw the line legislatively at swastikas on your face,” Commissioner Col Blanch said. (9News)

It’s not the first time his tattoos have landed him in trouble.

He claims his wife covered them up with make-up and black Texta at Belmont Forum in 2022.
