President Donald Trump has enacted a new law mandating the disclosure of all Jeffrey Epstein-related documents, while issuing a stern warning that this so-called ‘hoax’ may ultimately harm the Democratic Party.
The announcement follows the successful passage of the bill in both the Senate and the House earlier this week, paving the way for these sensitive files to be made public.
Taking to Truth Social, Trump expressed, “The truth about these Democrats and their connections to Jeffrey Epstein may soon be unveiled, as I HAVE JUST SIGNED THE BILL TO RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES,” in a post shared Wednesday evening.
He pointed out that Epstein, who faced charges from Trump’s Justice Department in 2019, was known for his allegiance to the Democratic Party, donating large sums and associating with prominent left-leaning figures.
In a cutting critique, Trump highlighted individuals such as Bill Clinton, who allegedly flew on Epstein’s plane 26 times, Larry Summers, who recently stepped down from several board positions including at Harvard, and Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, who reportedly sought campaign donations from Epstein even after his indictment.
Meanwhile, on Wednesday, Mark Epstein, the late financier’s brother, made waves by alleging that Republican names are being removed from the documents before their release.
‘Jeffrey definitely had dirt on Trump,’ Mark Epstein continued. He then claimed that it’s ‘provable’ Trump had been to Jeffrey Epstein’s house, despite the president’s denial.
‘Jeffrey told me that if he said what he knew about the candidates, they’d have to cancel the [2016] election.’

But Trump said he personally asked Speaker of the House Mike Johnson and Senate Majority Leader John Thune to ensure the bill would pass through the chambers.
There had been mass infighting within the Republican party leading up to Trump’s order over whether or not to side with the Democrat bill to release the files.
‘Because of this request, the votes were almost unanimous in favor of passage,’ Trump said.
Just one Republican voted against the bill in the House, and it passed unanimously in the Senate.
Clay Higgins, of Louisiana, faced backlash for his decision to vote against the bill, but said he did so to enshrine the sanctity of the criminal justice system, arguing that witnesses had been given protections which risked being eroded if the files are published.
‘At my direction, the Department of Justice has already turned over close to fifty thousand pages of documents to Congress,’ he said.
‘Do not forget — The Biden Administration did not turn over a SINGLE file or page related to Democrat Epstein, nor did they ever even speak about him.’

Trump accused Democrats of using the public’s interest in Epstein in an effort to ‘distract from our AMAZING Victories’, but he warned it will ‘affect them far more than the Republican party.’
‘For years our Great Nation has had to endure RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA, UKRAINE, UKRAINE, UKRAINE, IMPEACHMENT HOAX #1, IMPEACHMENT HOAX #2, and many other Democrat created Witch Hunts and Scams, all of which have been so terrible and divisive for our Country, and have been done to confuse, deflect, and distract from the GREAT JOB that Republicans, and the Trump Administration, are doing,’ he wrote.
‘This latest Hoax will backfire on the Democrats just as all of the rest have.’
