A new development in Boones Creek, Tennessee, has been given the green light by the Johnson City Commission. Approved on December 4, the project, known as The Promenade at Boones Creek, will feature a Publix supermarket as its centerpiece. This venture is spearheaded by Horne Properties, a favored developer for Publix, which has been actively involved in expanding the grocery chain’s presence across neighboring states such as Kentucky, Alabama, and Georgia.
