The Jonas Brothers delivered a heartfelt performance at Jacksonville’s Daily’s Place, marking a poignant farewell as the venue prepares to close for a two-year renovation period.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — On Tuesday evening, the Jonas Brothers headlined the final concert at Daily’s Place, creating memorable moments before the amphitheater undergoes significant upgrades over the next two years.

Among the eager crowd was Jacksonville resident Alyssa Ells, who couldn’t contain her enthusiasm as she awaited the concert.

“I’m super duper excited,” Ells exclaimed, noting, “This will be my fourth Jonas Brothers concert, and my second this year.”

The venue is slated for temporary closure due to renovations associated with the Jaguars’ “Stadium of the Future” project.

“I’m genuinely sad about this,” Ells admitted. “We saw Alex Warren here just a couple of months ago. This venue feels so personal and intimate, and it’s disappointing that it will be closed for a while.”

Bold Events, which operates Daily Place, said the venue is suspending programming for 2026 – 2027, according to our news partners at the Florida Times Union,

Since opening in 2017, Daily’s Place has hosted many shows. This year alone, they welcomed 24 events and more than 88,000 fans.

“I brought my Camp Rock shirt. I made my husband wear his,” said one fan, Daniella Defries.

Fans of all ages lined up early, many traveling from across the country.

“This sign says ‘only men I’d travel 2,751 miles to see,’” said Abby Fleury, holding her handmade, neon green sign.

And whether they knew it or not, all attendees became part of the venue’s send-off.

“It’s special, I didn’t know it was the last concert, and what a great way to close it out with the Jonas Brothers,” said Melinda Griffin and Emily Corder, two sisters attending the concert with their mom.

As the lights go down, fans said they were focused on soaking in every moment, enjoying the music and making memories.

“It’s a little heartbreaking, but I know when the stadium comes back it will be revamped, something new, something exciting. We don’t know what to expect, but I know it’ll be great,” said Kurrea Kimbrough, who calls herself the kart lady. Kimbrough mentioned how she received business over the years by driving people in her cart to and from the venue.

Construction on the Jaguars’ stadium of the future is set to be completed by the middle of 2028 and Daily’s Place is expected to reopen around the same time.
