In a series of gripping videos, federal Border Patrol agents are seen apprehending two individuals at a gas station in St. Paul, Minnesota, amidst ongoing disturbances from protesters in the vicinity.
The footage, which surfaced on X on Sunday afternoon, rapidly amassed thousands of views. It shows Border Patrol Chief Gregory Bovino instructing a crowd to step back while federal agents work to extract a man from a vehicle stationed at the gas station.
Several federal agents surrounded the vehicle, repeatedly urging onlookers to maintain a safe distance.
In the video, Bovino can be heard saying, “Back up, guys, back up. We’re going to back you on up for our safety and your safety… Stay there.”

Shortly thereafter, agents are seen subduing a man in a brown jacket, forcing him to the ground, and securing him with handcuffs, while the shouts of agitators and the blaring of car horns fill the background.
Three agents are then seen carrying the man away from the scene by his arms and one of his legs.
In another tense moment captured on video, a Border Patrol agent again orders bystanders to move back.
After a man appears to resist, the situation escalates as several agents tackle him and place him in handcuffs.

The confrontation comes amid heightened tensions in the Twin Cities following a fatal shooting Wednesday during a federal immigration enforcement operation, when 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good was shot and killed by an ICE agent.
Federal officials said Good attempted to drive her vehicle toward agents during the encounter, a claim disputed by family members and some local leaders.
